The Deputy Care Manager role comes with an attractive package:

• Annual salary of £16.77 per hour
• 10% bonus, paid quarterly
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays

• Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure high standards of care
• Oversee the completion and evaluation of care plans
• Manage medication processes, including audits and timely requests
• Develop and motivate your team to enhance their wellbeing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• A relevant professional qualification, such as Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3
• At least three years of experience in a residential or nursing home setting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A good understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning
• Flexibility with working hours and a willingness to progress their career
