Work as a Nurse Manager (Deputy), within a brand-new complex nursing service in Leeds, West Yorkshire. As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will lead the clinical team, supporting the Home Director in all aspects of running a successful health care provision.
You will lead by example and provide strong leadership to your team.

The service provides care for up to 30 young adults who have acquired brain injuries including stroke and degenerative neuro condition such as motor neurone disease. These are likely to have complex clinical needs including PEG feeds and vents. The service also provides care for complex dementia and personality disorders.

To Apply for this role, you will have an active NMC PIN number and be an RMN, RGN or RNLD Registered Nurse. This is a full time, permanent position as Clinical Manager working 40 hours a week on day shifts, the role includes 2 x 12 hour shifts leading on the floor and 2 x 8 hour days supernumery.

The salary is £39,000 plus a £1500 welcome bonus. There are excellent training and progression opportunities within the organisation.
