Leaders In Care is looking for a full-time Nursing Home Manager in Preston to manage and lead a nursing and residential home. This management role will suit an RGN or RMN with nursing experience of managing a larger service, and it comes with a salary of up to £64,000 +10% bonus.
As Home Manager, you will be working in a larger nursing home for elderly residents, including many with dementia. A family-run business owns the home, and the company has plans to grow. This Nursing Home Manager role is a central part of those plans and other appointments at senior level.

It offers a range of care services including residential care or nursing, respite care, home care and one-to-one support.
