About the Role

Are you a Home Manager looking for the next step into a more autonomous position or an experience Regional / Peripatetic?

I am representing a not-for-profit who are interested in having a Peripatetic Manager who is happy to work autonomously and confident enough to enact change and decisions independently. On top of this you will also receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000, 33 days annual leave +Car or Car Allowance

The Company And The Home

As Peripatetic Manager across the central belt, you will be working for a provider who place their emphasis on quality and have a culture of kindness that means the staff are positively motivated, in a style that makes you enjoy your work

The provider provides personalised care and for services across the UK. The Homes are predominantly running at 4’s in Scotland with only some requiring additional work which will be your role to improve and get ‘hands on’ with these services and have the flexibility to move where the work is.


To apply, you will need to have:

  • Regional management experience, within an elderly care setting
  • A demonstrable track record of Care Inspectorate compliance as a registered care home manager
  • An NVQ in social care management (or equivalent)

If you are a friendly manager with excellent leadership abilities, solid values about quality care provision and experience of managing teams to deliver first-class dementia care to service users, then this could be the job for you.
