Are you an experienced Nursing Home or Regional Manager looking to make the next move in your career? This could be the opportunity you’re looking for. We are recruiting for a Regional Manager ideally with multi-site or previous ops management experience to oversee three homes within the West Midlands. This role is mainly based in the Wolverhampton area but will require travel to other sites. This post comes with a very competitive salary plus bonus and benefits.

We’re looking to place an excellent qualified Nurse Manager with superb healthcare experience, including running a successful older people’s nursing care home. As well as a current NMC registration, ideally, you’ll also have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or above in Health & Social Care, or an equivalent Leadership/Management qualification.

Drawing on your nursing home experience, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the best quality care is prioritised and delivered through effective leadership of the homes and their managers. You will support and inspire continuous improvement within the homes, both in the quality-of-service provision and commercial performance.
