We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to support Home Managers in Elderly Care Homes for the delivery of high quality outcomes, financial performance in a business division and act as a liaison to the Operations Director, working for an award-winning care provider. Working with a number of homes across the North West of England, you will work as part of an SMT to deliver and implement exceptional care standards.

Supporting 8 Care Homes in the division, the Regional Manager is responsible for:

  • Supporting the Operations Director in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPI’s
  • Co-ordinating and delivering professional support to a growing portfolio
  • Line management of the Property Advisor, HR Advisor and Training Officer
  • Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home
  • Supporting the successful integration and mobilisation of new homes within the division

Requirements for the Regional Manager include:

  • Substantial experience of working within the regulatory framework relevant to Care Homes
  • Management Degree or equivalent management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting service standards and targets
  • Experience of financial management and budget setting
  • Experience of managing professional staff including HR, L&D and property
  • Currently working as Area Manager, Regional Support, Regional Director, Peripatetic Manager or Operations Manager
