Are you looking for a new role working with ambitious social workers in the area where you are working for an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted authority?

Within this role you will be a part of a transformative team with manageable caseloads and a supportive team where you will have complex cases shared equally across the teams. You will be tasked to undertake risk analysis/assessment based on informed professional judgement and evidence of safeguarding thresholds to assess good knowledge of Child development and permanent needs of all children of all ages.

We do offer this role on both permanent and locum basis to help support the authority with stable long term teams. You will have a caseload of mixed CIN, CP, PLO, LAC and Court Cases, Working collaboratively with other professionals / agencies to identify and meet the needs of children, young people, and their families.
