Small caseload | Mentor ASYE’s | Hybrid working | £40 per hour!
Having worked with the Senior Management of this particular council for many years we are keen to offer our enhanced loyalty bonus for Social Workers looking for Senior Practitioner/Advanced Practitioner roles. You will be taking on a small caseload of complex cases whilst supporting ASYE’S through mentoring and training & supporting the Team Managers.
It’s a really good time to be considering Leaders in Care, whether you are new to agency or already have someone looking after you, we have something different we can offer. Being a smaller agency means that we will have time for you, being on hand for if problems arise.
As we are in contact with councils directly the level of information that you may require will differ than most agencies, giving you a real insight into the performance and structure of various selective councils. As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
