As an Area Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of complex care packages with clinical interventions and manage them holistically.
• Lead a team of nurses and case managers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
• Uphold high standards in care, prioritising a person-centred approach and individual wellbeing.
• Act as a responsive advocate for complaints and safeguarding, encouraging continuous improvement.
• Oversee comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the healthcare market and be commercially driven.
