Leaders In care are currently searching for an experienced Team Manager based in South East London to join a stable service as a Team Manager in Safeguarding. 

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality safeguarding practices, managing complex child protection cases, and supervising staff to ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The role involves multi-agency collaboration, risk assessment, and service improvement to safeguard vulnerable children effectively. Strong leadership, decision-making, and knowledge of safeguarding legislation are essential.
