As a Clinical Lead, you will:

 

• Ensure clinical care exceeds professional standards and legal requirements.
• Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
• Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
• Mentor and support colleagues and students as a practice supervisor and assessor.
• Advocate for person-centred care for residents and their families.
• Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately.

 

The ideal Clinical Lead candidate will:

 

• Be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number.
• Have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be committed to delivering person-centred care.
• Understand safeguarding responsibilities and procedures.
