Are you a passionate and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Lancashire? Our client, a highly respected private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of nursing and dementia homes across the UK, is seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home - the role is close to the Skelmersdale area of Lancashire.
This role offers a competitive salary of £23 - £24 per hour, plus paid breaks, amounting to an annual salary of up to £60,000. You'll also benefit from a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work in a GOOD rated care home.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), including some supernumerary hours
Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents

Annual salary of up to £60,000
Hourly rate of £23 - £24 per hour, plus paid breaks

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager role will have:

Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level
Excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits
Strong leadership abilities
A passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents
