Leading and supporting the nursing and care team to ensure high-quality care.
Assisting the Home Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards.
Overseeing the delivery of person-centred care for residents with dementia and nursing needs.
Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Participating in shared on-call responsibilities.
Implementing care plans and ensuring they are followed.
Providing training and mentorship to nursing staff.
