They are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to their residents, focusing on person-centred approaches and specialised services for those with dementia and nursing care needs.

 

In the role of Deputy Nurse Manager, you'll be responsible for:

 

• Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing and dementia Home.
• Leading and supervising the nursing and care team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Managing shared on-call responsibilities as part of the leadership team.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining excellent care practices.
• Providing direct nursing care as needed, including palliative care.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure person-centred care.

• Annual salary of up to £51,000.
• Full-time hours, 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts from 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

To be considered for the Deputy Nurse Manager role, you should have:

 

• Active NMC pin number.
• Experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN).
• Previous experience in a deputy management role.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Experience in elderly care and general nursing.
