As the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing the daily finance and administrative functions of the hospital.
• Producing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Preparing and reviewing the monthly finance pack, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting the Senior Leadership Team in managing labour costs and resource efficiency.
• Leading teams to meet KPIs and ensure safe patient pathways.
• Supporting NHS contract management processes.
• Partnering with business leaders to evaluate process effectiveness and profitability.
• Participating in regional projects to enhance organisational efficiency.
