Are you an experienced Fostering Social Worker looking for your next Fostering role in the UK?

 Leaders In Care are looking for an experienced Fostering Social Worker to work for a Local Authority in South Wales, which has quick access to the M4 enabling ease of travel, not many country roads to get stuck on!
You will be an experienced practitioner who is good with assessment and analytical skills with experience in completing Form F, Special Guardianship and Connected Person Timescales.

Within this roles they will be standardised fostering responsibilities from undertaking Form F assessments, undertaking Viability assessments, presenting reports to The Fostering Panel, holding a caseload of Foster Carer's, providing supervision and supporting and finally, Supervising foster carers – identifying, both good practices and weaknesses.
