Overseas Role | Relocation Package | Something Different?

Along with already working in a beautiful overseas setting in Gibraltar, depending on your local service years, you'll enjoy 25 to 30 days of annual leave. This role offers you the chance to manage a diverse caseload with varying complexities, ensuring effective resource utilisation to safeguard and promote the welfare of service users.

No need to worry about learning a whole new language right away! English is the official language, making it easy for UK nationals to communicate and integrate. Spanish is also widely spoken, providing an opportunity to learn a new language.

Gibraltar offer a competitive salary scale based on years of experience, . Additionally, they also provide a relocation allowance of up to £700 to assist with flights and the relocation of personal belongings or furniture. This ensures a smooth transition for those joining their dynamic team from different locations.
In Adult Services, there are roles n two teams for vulnerable adults and learning disabilities. You'll provide ongoing advice and support for care staff in residential settings and support service users with Varying with learning disabilities in various care environments.
You must hold a degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification (CQSW/CSS/DipSW) and be registered with Social Work England. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a social care setting is required.
Additional training or postgraduate qualifications in relevant subjects, experience working with specific client groups such as children in care or vulnerable adults, and flexibility in working hours to accommodate service user needs are highly desirable.
