As a Care Home Manager, you will:

• Manage overall running of a Nursing Home
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, providing clinical guidance and training.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Lead quality assurance and champion resident wellbeing.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:

• Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register.
• Management experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience of Good r outstanding CQC inspections from previous roles

• Knowledge and training in safeguarding assignments.
