As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of circa 57,000, Plus KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, great holiday structure

As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Managing and training staff

As the Home Manager, you'll receive:

• An annual salary starting at £57,000

The ideal Home Manager will have:

• A nursing qualification ( Essential)
• At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
• A good knowledge of Ci compliance
• Evidence of Good, or Very Good Ci inspections
