• Managing the day-to-day operations of a small elderly residential care home
• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance expectations and CQC care standards.
• Providing leadership and guidance to staff members.
• Overseeing medication administration and ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Developing and implementing rota planning for staff
