The Care Home Manager will:

• Ensure the delivery of person-centered care to all residents.
• Manage and support staff, providing guidance and supervision.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
• Maintain optimum occupancy through strategic marketing.
• Oversee management information reporting and budget controls.
• Work with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards.

The Care Home Manager will receive:

• Annual salary of £70,000.
• Up to 10% performance-based bonus.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:

• At least 3 years' experience in a Care Home Manager position
• Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
• Managed a Nursing/Residential care home of a similar size
• Proven leadership skills and financial management experience.
• Experience increasing occupancy of car homes
• Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
