As a Care Home Manager, you will:

• Ensure the well-being of residents by meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Lead and mentor your team, providing clinical guidance and training.
• Develop and evaluate personalised care plans for residents.
• Monitor safety and compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and respect.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:

• Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register.
• A Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent, or willingness to study for one.
• Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and communicate with kindness and consideration.
• Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and training.
