You must have at least 3 years post qualifying experience. The service is made up of a number of teams and is responsible under the Care Act for assessing and reviewing the social care needs of adults within the council who have primary mental health needs. This includes creating person centred, strengths based support plans, and undertaking carers assessments, and capacity assessments under the Mental Capacity Act.
