We are seeking passionate and experienced social workers to join dynamic teams across Wales, these teams are including, LAC, Safeguarding, MASH, Duty & Assessment and potentially even fostering.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a vibrant community while enjoying the stunning landscapes of Wales. 

Maybe you are looking for somewhere quieter outside of the suburbs of major cities and a lesser caseload in order to enjoy the free time you have. 

We work with a variety of local authorities across Wales all with at least a ‘Good’ Ofsted. Alongside this you will be based across the greatest towns/villages allowing you to enjoy your time away from work, what’s not to like!

Our unique approach involves direct communication with hiring managers meaning that we do not operate with vendors or third parties. Direct communication allows a quick thorough approach alongside honest and straight recruitment to help deliver you the best possible exclusive service.
