<p>The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role.
	<li>Nurse Qualified is preferable
	<li>Knowledge of CQC and Local Authority requirements.
	<li>Excellent management skills.
	<li>Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections
</ul>
