• Annual salary of £70,000 plus a generous bonus (OTE £84,000)
• 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
• 4 weeks of paid company sick pay.

The ideal candidate for the Home Manager role will have:

• Nursing Qualification (Desirable)
• Experience managing a nursing and residential care home
• evidence of good our outstanding CQC inspections
• Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents.
