The Nursing Home Manager will:

  • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care to residents, promoting their interests and understanding their needs.
  • Manage and support staff, providing guidance, supervision, and recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
  • Maintain optimal occupancy through creative marketing and cost control.
  • Submit regular management reports on occupancy, fees, budget, and staffing.
  • Work with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards in the home environment.

The Nursing Home Manager will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Home Manager role
  • A valid NMC PIN or experience managing large nursing homes.
  • Evidence of good or outstanding CQC inspections
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspection.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
