Operations Manager- Childrens Residential

As the Operations Manager / RI, you will:

• Ensure high-quality care and support for young people.
• Supervise and motivate management teams across multiple homes.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
• Oversee contracts and placements with commissioners.
• Monitor KPIs and use feedback for performance improvement.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities.
• Ensure Ofsted compliance and conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate with the Registered Manager to maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

The ideal candidate for the Operations Manager / RI role will have:

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management (Children & Young People).
• Multi-site management experience.
• Experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Service Manager, or RI in Children’s Residential Services.
• A proven track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
