The Clinical Services Manager will:

• Lead the development and operational delivery of family-centred care.
• Support the leadership and transformation of Clinical Services.
• Drive change management and enhance clinical practice.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and external providers to improve service outcomes.
• Provide line management and supervision to the clinical team.
• Oversee the clinical services rota and partake in on-call duties.
