Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Paediatric Nurses and care staff
- Oversee care coordination, education, and rehabilitation for children
- Ensure clinical excellence, including tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage staff development, recruitment, and governance
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £58,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- 35 days holiday (including Public/Bank Holidays)

Who We’re Looking For:
- Paediatric Nurse with NMC registration and mentorship qualification
- Leadership experience in complex paediatric care settings
- Expertise in tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and a holistic approach to child care
