Regional Manager Care Homes Older People - Middlesbrough – North East £70,000 plus generous car allowance Working as a Regional Manager within care homes both nursing and residential for older people you will have line management of approx.. 6 care homes and home managers within the North East region. This position would suit someone already working at this level or a regional support manager or peripatetic manager who is looking for the next step in their career. Ideal locations would be York, North Yorkshire, Stockton-on-Tees, Durham, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Cleveland and surrounding areas. You will be an integral part of the team working in partnership with your line manager supporting care home managers to deliver an excellent service within the nursing and residential homes. You will support, mentor and induct home managers within the region. Conducting audits and supporting home managers with all aspects of service within the homes. You will ensure quality is developed along with improvement plans identifying actions required to meet and exceed the company and CQC requirements The criteria to be successful in applying for this role:
Care home management background including supporting other managers within the group in nursing or residential care homes for older people
Experienced in change management with investigation and root cause analysis skills
