As an RGN Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia, EMI, and mental health needs.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of residents' health and care plans.
Supporting and mentoring junior staff members.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
