As an RGN Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia, EMI, and mental health needs.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of residents' health and care plans.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
