As a Relief Manager, you will:

• Manage homes in the absence of a Home Manager or during recruitment periods.
• Ensure homes meet performance targets.
• Promote safety and quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain regulatory compliance.
• Prioritise resident well-being.

The ideal Relief Manager will have:

• Experience as a care home supervisor with vulnerable adults.
• Registered Nurse status with a current Nursing Homes Pin number or S/NVQ4 qualification.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities.
• A positive and energetic approach to work.
