As a Responsible Individual, you will:

 

  • Oversee the registration and compliance of two existing homes and two new homes.
  • Manage and support a team of care professionals.
  • Ensure all homes meet regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the homes.
  • Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the homes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff.
