We're currently working with a highly regarded local authority located in a beautiful Offshore location, for an experienced Children’s social worker to join the Child and Family assessment team, for a great pay rate of £43.50 per hour.
This council really take pride in providing the best service to all children and families involved, this is shown by their 'Good' Ofsted rating. They are really looking for someone to put their best food forward and be part of their journey in providing the best service possible in order to help achieve 'Outsanding', while being surrounded by a close-knit team and supportive management structure.
Other benefits of the role include a Manageable caseload, as cases are split evenly across the service. You will also be joining a strong team, with regular meet ups outside the office, you will have support from colleagues and friends!
There will be regular supervision, and the longstanding permanent senior management team are always on hand for support and a second opinion as and when needed.
As well as a weekly accommodation bonus of £250 per week, you will also get paid return ferrys weekly, so you're able to come and go from the island as you please.
As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
