As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will:

• Maintain high standards of patient care in line with operational policies.
• Enhance customer service and satisfaction for service users.
• Advocate for patients, employees, and consultants, supporting junior team members.
• Deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse and lead clinical shifts when required.
• Provide individualised patient care with excellent standards.
• Safeguard patients and uphold professional conduct as per NMC and HCPC guidelines.

• Proficiency in PC use and 18 months post-registration experience.
