Are you an experienced Fostering Social Worker looking for your next Supervising Fostering role in the UK?

Leaders In Care are looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to work Permanently for an authority which have a close knit team where you will be an experienced practitioner who is good with assessment and analytical skills with experience in completing Form F, Special Guardianship and Connected Person Timescales.

Within this roles they will be standardized fostering responsibilities from undertaking Form F assessments, undertaking Viability assessments, presenting reports to The Fostering Panel, holding a caseload of Foster Carer's, providing supervision and supporting and finally, Supervising foster carers – identifying, both good practices and weaknesses.
