We're seeking an experienced practitioner who's looking for their next challenging but rewarding role in children's services, to join a thriving Children in Care service based in the South West.

This role offers a supportive team environment and a competitive rate of £38-42 per hour, alongside regular reflective supervision and a manageable caseload.

With a council that has an outstanding Ofsted rating, you'll benefit from a strong working culture and can access additional support from the established permanent management team whenever needed.

We understand the importance of flexibility and a healthy work-life balance, especially when dealing with challenging cases. That's why this council encourages remote work, with only 1 to 1.5 days in the office per week, giving you the freedom to work from home the rest of the time.

We're looking for a social worker who thrives in dynamic, fast paced setting and is ready to contribute to the council's mission of delivering exceptional care to all children and families involved in the service.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
