‘The Somerset Care Group was first introduced to Leaders in Care on 20th June. By the 29th July we had recruited and commenced an ideal candidate who matched all of our selection criteria.
Using a search and selection company was not a recruitment process that we had adopted for some time – SCG has a successful and efficient HR and Recruitment team, however the initial contact from Mike came in at the right time and was courteous and professional, hence the decision to appoint them to recruit for this Senior post.
