Our client is committed to creating an environment where residents are valued, respected, and receive the personalised care they deserve. This role comes with a salary of up to circa £52,000.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll receive:

  • An hourly rate of £22.35.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll be:

  • Collaborating with the Home Manager and wider teams to ensure smooth and efficient running of the home.
  • Responsible for all aspects of excellent nursing and residential care.
  • Maintaining budgetary and financial controls.
  • Accountable for Human Resources.
  • Promoting engaging and creative marketing initiatives.
  • Guiding and coaching colleagues to pursue training and development.

The ideal Clinical Lead Nurse will have:

  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience in the health care sector.
  • Management/Leadership experience and qualifications.
  • An active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate.
  • A caring nature with a personal approach.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • A warm, approachable, and engaging persona.
