Are you an experienced Home Manager or Registered Care Home Manager looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to manage a medium-sized residential care home for older people and dementia patients in West Yorkshire. Our client is a growing private healthcare provider committed to delivering the highest quality of care.

This role offers a negotiable salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience. You’ll also receive up to 33 days of annual leave and have the opportunity to develop and progress within the company.

As the Residential Care Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the home
  • Managing finances and budgets
  • Leading, motivating, and inspiring your teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Exceeding internal and CQC quality expectations
