As a Staff Nurse, you’ll be offered an inclusive salary range of up to £38,497 per annum, with an additional 10% night-shift enhancement.

As the Staff Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high standards of patientcentred care, including the appropriate assessment and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Contribute to the ongoing care planning, quality improvement and service delivery alongside the multidisciplinary team.
• Establish good working relationships with specialist practitioners and the multidisciplinary team.

The ideal Staff Nurse candidate should have:

• A valid NMC registration.
• Post registration experience in general nursing settings, caring for Acute Surgical patients.
• Experience in Gastrointestinal and/or Colorectal Surgery (desirable but not essential as full training is provided).
• Competence in IV giving, with experience of Epidural, Venepuncture/cannulation, and ECG recordings.
